2. Description of Service

Mangalyam provides a platform for creating and managing wedding websites. Our services include website creation, guest management, RSVP collection, photo galleries, and related features designed specifically for Tamil weddings.

3. User Accounts

When you create an account with us, you must provide accurate and complete information. You are responsible for:

• Maintaining the confidentiality of your account
• All activities that occur under your account
• Notifying us immediately of any unauthorized use

4. Acceptable Use

You agree not to use Mangalyam to:

• Upload illegal, harmful, or offensive content
• Violate any applicable laws or regulations
• Infringe on intellectual property rights
• Distribute malware or harmful code
• Harass, abuse, or harm other users

5. Content Ownership

You retain ownership of the content you upload to Mangalyam. By uploading content, you grant us a license to use, display, and distribute that content as necessary to provide our services. We do not claim ownership of your photos, text, or other personal content.

6. Payments and Refunds

Paid plans are billed as one-time payments. Refunds may be requested within 14 days of purchase if you have not published your wedding website. Once a website is published, refunds are not available. Contact our support team for any billing questions.

7. Service Availability

We strive to maintain 99.9% uptime for our services. However, we do not guarantee uninterrupted access. We may perform maintenance or updates that temporarily affect service availability. We will notify users of planned downtime when possible.

8. Termination

We may terminate or suspend your account immediately, without prior notice, for any breach of these Terms. Upon termination, your right to use the service will cease immediately. You may also delete your account at any time through your dashboard.

9. Limitation of Liability

Mangalyam shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages resulting from your use of the service. Our total liability shall not exceed the amount paid by you for the service.
